We are based in Rochester, New York. Most of the businesses we work with are within about a forty minute drive, and the systems we build run remotely, so the map below is about where we know the market rather than where we can send a truck.

The caveat about distance
Local search rewards proximity heavily. Google leans on how far a searcher is from your registered address, and no amount of good work overcomes being eighty miles away with no local presence. So if you are in Buffalo and you want to dominate Buffalo search results, the honest answer is that you need an address there, not an agency here.
What travels fine at any distance is everything after the phone rings: call answering, follow-up, scheduling, invoicing, reviews, and reporting. Plenty of our work is that, and geography does not touch it. We will tell you which side of that line you are on before you spend anything.
