Our commitment

North & Nova Co. aims to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We design, build, and test our site so people using keyboards, screen readers, and other assistive technologies can navigate and use it.

What we do

• Pages are server-rendered so content is available before JavaScript loads.
• A skip-to-content link lets keyboard and screen reader users bypass the navigation.
• All images include descriptive alt text and form fields are labeled.
• Interactive components use ARIA roles, states, and keyboard support, and we respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting.
• Color contrast targets a minimum of 4.5:1 for body text against its background.

Known limitations

Third-party content (such as the live booking calendar) may not fully conform to our standards. If you encounter a barrier in a third-party widget, let us know and we will work with the provider or provide an alternative path.

How to report a problem

If something on this site is not accessible to you, please tell us. Include the page address and a short description of the issue and we will work to fix it.

Our response commitment

We acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and aim to provide a resolution or a documented workaround within ten business days.
