Before this he spent six years running a digital marketing consultancy, and before that he managed vendor programs at Meta, keeping large contractor operations on schedule and accountable. Operations leadership came before that. Most of his career has lived in the same gap: good crews doing good work inside a business that leans on one person to keep moving.
