How long before it's actually running?

The first pieces go live in a few weeks, not months. We build in phases and finish each one before starting the next.

Phase one is usually the website and the booking calendar, because that's where leads land. Phase two is the CRM and the follow-up sequences, because that's where leads get caught. Phase three is the reviews and the reputation work, because that's what pushes you up the Map Pack so more leads find you.
